Who we are

This website belongs to Cam Merchant, a keynote speaker and author based in Sydney, NSW. In this policy, “we” means Cam and his small team. Questions about your information go to cam@cameronmerchant.com.

The free Clarity Method guide

When you ask for the guide, we collect your first name and email address. We use them to send you the guide and occasional emails from Cam about clarity, his keynotes and his book.

Your details are stored with Kit (kit.com), the service we use to send those emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

Booking enquiries

When you send a booking enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your first name, email, organisation, event date and message. It’s emailed to Cam’s bookings contact at TSA Talent so they can reply, using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, to deliver it.

Sending an enquiry does not add you to the mailing list.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t share them with anyone beyond the services named on this page. The site has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

Hosting and overseas storage

The site is hosted by Vercel (vercel.com), which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. Vercel, Kit, FormSubmit and Google are all based outside Australia, so your information may be stored or processed overseas.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

Email cam@cameronmerchant.com and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, tell us first and we’ll try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
