You’re not behind. You’re just unclear.

The Clarity Method is the 8 pillars Cam used to find his way back, in one short guide, with a small practice for each pillar you can do today. It includes the five whys dig and a life audit that scores ten areas of your life out of 10. It’s the same method that became the book.

Where it came from

I didn’t come up with these on a whiteboard.

I found them one at a time, over about ten years, working my way back from the worst stretch of my life. At 29 I walked out of a psychiatric hospital and made myself a promise. If I could find my way back, I would spend the rest of my life helping other people find theirs.

Eight new habits starting Monday is just noise with a nicer name. So the guide asks you for one thing, not eight. Read the pillars in order, because each one makes the next possible. Then pick the practice that made you go, yeah, that’s me. Do it tomorrow, then do it again the next day.

“I made a deal with myself at my lowest. If I could find a way out and make my way back to the joyous, authentically happy human I knew I was, then I’d dedicate my life to helping others find their way back too.”
